Altered box

I've never done an altered box before and although I used to do a lot of journaling, it no longer appeals to me. So I thought taking Carla Sonheim's Box Journaling online class would be a nice challenge...and it was. I thought of and then discarded so many ideas that it took me three days to actually start the thing!
My eventual choice was "change"; I've been studying the inevitability of change and how I respond to it.
Part of the box journaling assignment it to fill it with elements that in my case, are ones that have influenced personal change.

Unconditional love of my dogs has played a huge part, hence dogs images are prominent:

I will be doing more :-)

Cute Stuff and Class Stuff

Cute stuff is Remy doing this all on his own:
Remy with one of his fave toys, "Octo".
and this:
O, that sweet face...
And Class stuff is taking the online class, "Box Journaling" from Carla Sonheim (carla@carlasonheim.com) even as I am finishing up assignments from "Blobimals Artist Books" and Diane Culhane's "Between Speech and Silence".
This is my front cover from Blobimals Artist Book 3:
Creating this book was fun...and funner :-)
