Art journal entries - a sketch, and a MOO, and some word art :-)

This sketch of a bear's head and the following MOO are from an art journal page from a few days ago:

I like to capture expression in a quick sketch :-)


This is how a MOO (My Own Opinion) begins - a thought roughly written out, usually with some color:

I think it's funny given how wary I am of most flying insects :-)

Art journal doings

I find myself sketching animals, making MOOs, and drawing a lot of word art.  Each thing has its own appeal to me and I seem to want to make some or all of these things every day :-)

My journaling also includes regular writing and "Ideas/To DOs" entries.  These are great for figuring out what is going on in my head as well as framing a plan for the day.
